Pet Policy

We love your furry friends! Two pets per apartment home accepted. A $350 pet deposit per pet and a $50 pet rent per pet is required. There are no weight limit restrictions. Dogs must be at least 6 months old.

The following breed restrictions apply - Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf Dog Hybrids and all Pit Bull breeds. We reserve the right to add additional breeds to this list at any time.
